Custom Take On The Fittest Experience

One of the most established functional fitness competitions in the country, The Fittest Experience demands apparel that reflects the scale and legacy of the event.

This year marked 18 years in Austin, Texas — and the merchandise needed to honor that.

For this project, the focus extended across three key groups:

Athletes.
Staff.
Spectators.

For athletes and staff, we produced over 2,000 custom shirts and hoodies, including cold-weather staff layers to ensure functionality on long competition days.

For spectators, we developed a full event-driven collection — brand-centric pieces designed to serve as keepsakes and carry the energy of Austin beyond the competition floor.

From start to finish, this project was handled end-to-end:

• Concept and merchandise ideation
• Custom design aligned with the event’s brand identity
• Garment sourcing and production management
• Structured timelines to meet hard ship dates
• On-site merchandise execution with LRX

Large-scale events don’t allow room for miscommunication.
Every garment selection, color plan, size breakdown, and print placement must be intentional and our team took care of this from start to finish.
